RÜBY’S

Rüby’s is an exceptional blend of Ethiopia and Sumatra coffee. It shines with a blueberry-type sweetness, balanced by an earthy, nutty profile. This is a great coffee to savor on pour-over. It also makes for a silky espresso.

How To Brew

We use a 1:16 Coffee Brew Ratio, which means for every 1 part of coffee there are 16 parts water. Having a grinder that produces a consistent grind size is pivotal for great coffee, so be sure to use a conical or flat set of burrs. Grinding fresh for each batch of coffee will produce the best tasting results.

Absolutely beautiful coffee

We have been drinking Doma coffee for about 12 years. I came from Seattle to Idaho and was desperate to find a coffee that we would love. Doma is it. We have tried so so many to serve with our pastries, etc. smooth, somewhat sweet taste is definitely our only go to. We now have a subscription, and will continue happily.
