A Cafe for All Seasons
Great cafes come in many sizes, styles and shapes… but what they all do is create a place for people to gather and experience a good drink and a bite to eat in a nice environment. When we saw the development happening at the site that would become the Atlas Waterfront Development, we knew it would be an unreal place for a great cafe. The Centennial Trail (a favorite feature of our town) and the Spokane river just right outside your door? Come on.
We envisioned a place that would be warm and bright in the cold, gray months. Cool and light during the hotter seasons. Vibrant, full of life, art, sounds, textures and tastes.
Our Story
Born in a garage, shaped by years of travel and conversation; DOMA Coffee is a passion project fueled by a desire to do work that matters. DOMA has always been, and always will be, a place where great coffee is the foundation of every decision, where a culture of camaraderie and growth (and music, biking, cooking, reading and adventure) is championed by everyone who calls DOMA home and where we use our company for good in all the communities we are a part of.
The DOMA cafe is, first and foremost, a place to share and enjoy the coffees we roast just down the street. We believe that a great cafe should have a small but exceptional offering of food to accompany a great drink. With that in mind, we’ve created this menu with items sourced from partners who care as much about the quality of their products as we do about our coffees.
