This coffee is bright and light — unusual for a decaf, but when you use high-quality beans and processing, you don’t have anything to hide. On espresso, Jackie Oh is smooth and balanced with an acidic, lemony brightness. Picture yourself with a slice of lemon perched on the rim of your afternoon americano. Shine on.
We use a 1:16 Coffee Brew Ratio, which means for every 1 part of coffee there are 16 parts water. Having a grinder that produces a consistent grind size is pivotal for great coffee, so be sure to use a conical or flat set of burrs. Grinding fresh for each batch of coffee will produce the best tasting results.
