This half-caff is a 50/50 blend of a beautiful coffee from Guatemala. It’s the same coffee, same roast level, but half goes on through Swiss Water Processing for decaffeination before being blended back with a caffeinated batch. Fully organic. Fully awesome. Half the caffeine. It’s smooth, silky and balanced.
It’s not just cream. Some of the best things in life are half and half. Arnold Palmers. Black and white cookies. A good mullet. We’ll add our Half-Caff to that list and feel pretty good about it. We love this Half-Caffeinated coffee for its nuance. It's great for a bit of afternoon delight, as they say.
