GUATEMALA
This coffee comes from the Antigua Valley of Guatemala. Grown at 1,500-1,650 masl, the coffee cherries are fully washed and patio dried. The result is a cup with a round, creamy body and balanced, mellow acidity. A sweet and sugary profile play well with notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and cinnamon. This is our third year buying from producer Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora.
