DOMINIC'S COLD BREW

Our in-house cold brew blend has a light, crisp acidity complemented by a smooth, chocolatey body. Notes of vanilla and caramel shine when combined with cream and sugar. When brewed at high strength, some great pie notes can also emerge. This is one you’ll want to drink all day long.

How To Brew

We use a 1:16 Coffee Brew Ratio, which means for every 1 part of coffee there are 16 parts water. Having a grinder that produces a consistent grind size is pivotal for great coffee, so be sure to use a conical or flat set of burrs. Grinding fresh for each batch of coffee will produce the best tasting results.

So tasty!!

I love DOMA coffees! Dominic's is one of my favorites that I go back to frequently. I don't do cold brews, but this coffee is excellent hot as well. I am blessed to live near Couer d'Lane, so I get to stop by their physical location as well as occasionally ordering online. Let me tell you, they are some of the nicest, most accommodating people, and I am happy to give my business to such lovely, hardworking folks.

Best Coffee ever!

Dominic's blend is our absolute favorite at Doma. We have tried many different blends and a few others come close, but Dominic's has that "just the right" amount of sharp flavors along with consistent smooth taste that hits the perfect spot as our mourning coffee. Thank you Doma. Your company means so much to us, especially since it was my 21 year old son who found you, brought into our home with his passion for good coffee. He passed last year in a tragic motorcycle accident and so in honor of him, in his love for coffee and his love for Doma, we continue and remember him with every sip of Dominic's.
