WINTER WONDERLAND

We love the unique beauty of winter, and this coffee is an ode to that season. Brew a winter warm-up with our seasonal Winter Wonderland coffee, a certified organic Ethiopia-Peru blend with notes of warming spice, pear and butterscotch. Mellow fruit flavors and a caramelized sweetness linger on the palate like fresh tracks on snow. This coffee is soft, crisp and balanced on pour-over, while espresso pulls forward spice and stone-fruit notes. 

Art from Gianna Andrews evokes the glow of a moonlit winter's eve. Hand-lettered typography by DOMA's Alyssa LaBenne completes the vibe. This is one to toast all winter long!

How To Brew

We use a 1:16 Coffee Brew Ratio, which means for every 1 part of coffee there are 16 parts water. Having a grinder that produces a consistent grind size is pivotal for great coffee, so be sure to use a conical or flat set of burrs. Grinding fresh for each batch of coffee will produce the best tasting results.
