My new go-to pourover coffee!

I've always been a fan of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffees. I've had a couple roasteries in the Boise area that I've typically bought from the past couple of years, but, wow, DOMA has now earned my business. I'm on my third bag, and each has been a delight— it's light and fruity, and it brews really well with my preferred Hario V60 setup.

A Fantastic Ethiopian

I don't typically go out of my way for as light and acidic a roasted bean as an Ethiopian, but this coffee has been in my rotation for months.

Drinks closer to a medium, you still get citric acid, mild sweetness and packs a caffeine punch.
