The MaraX3 builds on the already strong platform of the MaraX and takes it further in every direction. More control, more stability, and design upgrades that feel genuinely considered, wood touchpoints, an updated drip tray and feet, and a cleaner overall presence on the counter.

The standout feature is the Pagaia. It enables pressure profiling, giving you direct control over the pressure applied throughout extraction. Use it to add a variable to your dial-in, manipulating the pressure curve to customize how the shot develops and what ends up in the cup. Start with low pressure at the beginning of the shot, similar to a pre-infusion, then ramp up or ramp down as the extraction progresses. The possibilities are wide open, and the ceiling on this machine is high.

We've spent real time with the MaraX3, dialing it in, pulling shots, and developing recipes of our own. It's a machine that rewards attention without demanding perfection, and we're genuinely fans.
