How To Brew

We use a 1:16 Coffee Brew Ratio, which means for every 1 part of coffee there are 16 parts water. Having a grinder that produces a consistent grind size is pivotal for great coffee, so be sure to use a conical or flat set of burrs. Grinding fresh for each batch of coffee will produce the best tasting results.

My absolute favorite

This coffee has been our favorite since we first got some at the coffee roasters. We live in LA and have started a delivery subscription because we love it that much.

You open the bag and the first thing you smell is blueberry which is wild because it’s not a flavored coffee. Once brewed it’s bright and tart, citrusy and floral.

Take a large sip and experience a whole cascade of different flavors as it hits each part of your tongue.

Different brewing methods highlight different elements of its flavor, pour over emphasized its tartness and floral qualities, espresso brews a slightly sweeter and toastier cup. It makes a phenomenal latte.

I've always been a fan of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffees. I've had a couple roasteries in the Boise area that I've typically bought from the past couple of years, but, wow, DOMA has now earned my business. I'm on my third bag, and each has been a delight— it's light and fruity, and it brews really well with my preferred Hario V60 setup.
