BELLA LUNA

Think of a big, full harvest moon. One that makes you stop in your tracks and just look for a while. Bella Luna is rich with a full body, unique in a decaf. Compared to our Jackie Oh decaf, you’ll find a more syrupy mouthfeel with this coffee. Bella Luna is great on all filter coffee brew methods. On espresso, it’s similar to Marcos with that old-school roasty espresso profile. It’s decaf without the compromise of flavor.

How To Brew

We use a 1:16 Coffee Brew Ratio, which means for every 1 part of coffee there are 16 parts water. Having a grinder that produces a consistent grind size is pivotal for great coffee, so be sure to use a conical or flat set of burrs. Grinding fresh for each batch of coffee will produce the best tasting results.

1g of coffee per 16g of water.

Add filter to equipment.

I am absolutely in love with Bella Luna Decaf Coffee! From the very first sip, I was amazed by how rich and flavorful it is — you’d never guess it’s decaf.
