A Café for All Seasons
Great cafes come in many sizes, styles and shapes… but what they all do is create a place for people to gather and experience a good drink and a bite to eat in a nice environment. When we saw the development happening at the site that would become the Atlas Waterfront Development, we knew it would be an unreal place for a great café. The Centennial Trail (a favorite feature of our town) and the Spokane river just right outside your door? Come on.
We envisioned a place that would be warm and bright in the cold, gray months. Cool and light during the hotter seasons. Vibrant, full of life, art, sounds, textures and tastes.

Experience Coffee and Local Food
The café is a place to experience the variety of coffees that we roast. Crowd-pleasing blends and unique, small batch offerings prepared on brew methods we think bring the most out of each coffee. It’s a place to meet up with friends or a stopping point for an espresso and croissant on your century ride. We’ve put together a small but incredible food menu with goods sourced from some of our favorite bakers and chefs to prepare dishes that will complement our coffee offerings. Back Pocket Bakery, Boots Bakery, Locos, Mimi and Frankie’s Kitchen… they’re all amazing culinary teams and the result is a lineup of great tasting food.
Why did we do it? Because amazing food and drink, served in a nice setting, prepared by people who enjoy making great experiences for their guests is good. It’s an opportunity for us to contribute to our neighborhood being a rad place. That’s what the DOMA café is all about. That’s the why.

Our Story
Born in a garage, shaped by years of travel and conversation; DOMA Coffee is a passion project fueled by a desire to do work that matters. DOMA has always been, and always will be, a place where great coffee is the foundation of every decision, where a culture of camaraderie and growth (and music, biking, cooking, reading and adventure) is championed by everyone who calls DOMA home and where we use our company for good in all the communities we are a part of.

The café is, first and foremost, a place to share and enjoy the coffees we roast just down the street. We believe that a great café should have a small but exceptional offering of food to accompany a great drink. With that in mind, we’ve created this menu with items sourced from partners who care as much about the quality of their products as we do about our coffees. For information about the partners we work with, check out our sourcing guide. Our seasonal foods may change slightly. Ask your server for a current ingredient list. Assume any dish may come topped with lemon zest. Because we like zest... for life and from citrus.
