1. Eligibility: The Breville Luxe Brewer Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who enter via SMS signup between November 18, 2025 and December 5, 2025, and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of DOMA Coffee Roasting Company (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of DOMA Coffee Roasting Company as final and binding as they relate to the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted starting November 18, 2025 at 8:00AM PST and ending December 5, 2025 at 11:59PM PST. All times are Pacific Standard Time (UTC-08:00).

4. How to Enter: Enter by signing up on the popup form or the form embedded on the DOMA giveaway page. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements to be eligible. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of DOMA Coffee Roasting Company. You may enter only once. Use of multiple phone numbers, email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification.

5. Prize(s): The winner will receive a Breville Luxe Brewer in bushed stainless steel with the winner's choice of a thermal or glass carafe. You are not guaranteed to win a prize. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for DOMA Coffee Roasting Company to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

6. Odds: The odds of winning are equal for all entrants.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via text or email within five (5) days following selection. DOMA Coffee Roasting Company shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time notification was sent, or fails to timely return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you understand that DOMA Coffee Roasting Company, anyone acting on its behalf, and its licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use in perpetuity your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, and statements about the Giveaway for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation, notice, or consent.

9. Terms: DOMA Coffee Roasting Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if a virus, bug, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. DOMA Coffee Roasting Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless DOMA Coffee Roasting Company, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

11. Disputes: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the states of Washington and Idaho, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively before a court located in WA or ID.
