In honor of DOMA's 25th, behind‑the‑scenes pastry and baking guru Kayla Hall of the DOMA Café has developed a special recipe using our instant coffee. These muffins are slightly dense and chocolate-forward with a coffee finish.
Ingredients
Makes 24 muffins - 35 min
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 packet of DOMA Chronic instant coffee
1 cup avocado oil
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
Step One
Mix eggs, sugar, coffee packet, oil and vanilla together until fully combined.
Step Two
Once combined, mix flour, salt and baking soda into egg mixture.
