Sleek, smart, and reactive in real time, this scale is incredibly useful for pour-overs. The Hario POLARIS scale is by far one of the best coffee brewing accessories we have seen in recent years. Beyond weighing coffee, it calculates extraction ratios, automatically starts a timer when you begin to pour water, and displays your brew's progress until the 100% mark is reached. This scale is newly available in the U.S., and we're stoked to carry it in our product line at DOMA. (Our coffee sourcer bought his from Japan before they could be found here.)
