CARMELA'S

This is the OG DOMA blend, and it's a fan-favorite for a reason. Steeped in Italian-style coffee inspiration, this medium-roast coffee is a great daily drinker that plays well with all brew methods. Don't think that's slang for boring; this coffee is nuanced enough to keep you coming back. A nice, limey acidity can be found when brewed on Aeropress. As a cold brew, more of the base caramel profile comes through, as the method cuts the acidity. It’s great with a splash of cream and sugar.

How To Brew

We use a 1:16 Coffee Brew Ratio, which means for every 1 part of coffee there are 16 parts water. Having a grinder that produces a consistent grind size is pivotal for great coffee, so be sure to use a conical or flat set of burrs. Grinding fresh for each batch of coffee will produce the best tasting results.

1g of coffee per 16g of water.

Add filter to equipment.

Grind Coffee

Grind coffee and add to filter.

Delicious cup of coffee

This is my favorite coffee. It’s smooth, balanced and just delicious! The blend is of Carmel, Chocolate and brown sugar is wonderfully balanced. This is one of my go to items for gifts and well as treating myself to an indulgent cup of coffee.
