How To Brew
We use a 1:16 Coffee Brew Ratio, which means for every 1 part of coffee there are 16 parts water. Having a grinder that produces a consistent grind size is pivotal for great coffee, so be sure to use a conical or flat set of burrs. Grinding fresh for each batch of coffee will produce the best tasting results.

During the Pandemic our grocery store in New Mexico pretty much ran out of decent coffee. I started looking on line & the name 'DOMA' caught my eye.
I gave you a try & have been hooked since. So many varieties I can't drink it fast enough!

We have had a Doma subscription off and on for a few years. We like to try other roasters but Doma is our go to. The Carmela is a solid all rounder at a good price on the 2lb subscription. Lately we have been enjoying the Brazil, also a good value.
