Sweet, floral aromas precede a syrupy body with a mellow, citric acidity. This coffee is well-balanced with a quick, honey-like finish.
This coffee comes from a member of the Chirinos cooperative in the Cajamarca region of Peru. We have been buying this single-farmer microlot from producer Obal Pita for the last four years. Grown at 1,700 masl, this is a washed-process coffee dried on raised beds.
