Colombia Limited Edition - Monteblanco - Kumquat
A unique light roast, this Limited Edition Colombia is the first in a three-series mini drop we have coming up. Each coffee is an extremely small batch co-ferment coffee, hand-selected for big character and roasted just once.
Colombia Monteblanco-Kumquat is complex and distinctly fruity. It’s a washed process coffee that is first co-fermented with a culture that’s fruit-drunk with kumquats, orange juice and molasses.

The name Monteblanco comes from the farm, where producer Rodrigo Sànchez Valencia tends coffee at 1700 masl. He grows several heirloom varieties on his family farm; one is the Purple Caturra for this coffee, which ripens to a deep purple color instead of the classic cherry red.
The result of all that science-y processing is a beautiful cup of coffee. Try it on pour-over for notes of tropical fruits, jasmine and toasted coconut.
With just 40 bags, we expect this one to go fast. Order on pre-sale Aug. 22. All coffee will roast and ship on Aug. 25. There will be a very limited number of bags available in person at the DOMA Café and Coffee Lab.
