Our current Colombia Nariño received 93 points in a 2026 review from Coffee Review. That’s kind of a big deal! Tasters found this coffee “an approachable Colombia coffee that prioritizes balance over extravagance, delivering gentle florals and citrus clarity in a confident, easy-drinking profile.”

How To Brew

We use a 1:16 Coffee Brew Ratio, which means for every 1 part of coffee there are 16 parts water. Having a grinder that produces a consistent grind size is pivotal for great coffee, so be sure to use a conical or flat set of burrs. Grinding fresh for each batch of coffee will produce the best tasting results.

A dream cup

Coffee can often smell better than it tastes. Not with Doma's Colombia roast. Many years of drinking coffee of different roasts and over multiple methods have brought me to this cup of pure gold. Doma is the BEST! My morning coffee ritual is dreamy, balanced and a great way to start each day.

My wife and I know what we like when it comes to coffee. We have 1 cup each to start our day. So mediocre coffee isn't on the program. We found Doma while visiting friends in CDA. Since then, 2017 I believe, we have found no other roaster that delivers such consistently excellent coffees.
