With a soft acidity and sweet, floral aroma, this coffee drifts in with a velvety body like the first hint of spring. Natural process Brazil and Ethiopia coffees mingle in a blend that sings.

Like our other season-celebrating coffees, Rite of Spring will be around for a brief time as a limited edition! We’ve collaborated with local artist Toby Keough for a label that might rival the Dutch tulip obsession.

How To Brew

We use a 1:16 Coffee Brew Ratio, which means for every 1 part of coffee there are 16 parts water. Having a grinder that produces a consistent grind size is pivotal for great coffee, so be sure to use a conical or flat set of burrs. Grinding fresh for each batch of coffee will produce the best tasting results.

200F for dark roasts.

1g of coffee per 16g of water.

Add filter to equipment.

Grind Coffee

Grind coffee and add to filter.
