Experience the combination of a fresh crop of Brazil with American oak barrels from our friends at Dry Fly Distilling. And by fresh barrels, we mean just emptied. We’ve found over the years that a barrel with just a bit of whiskey splashing around on the inside will impact the flavor in an amazing way. Deeper, richer, and literally, good til’ the last drop.
The whiskey: is long gone. But the flavor is still there. This zero-alcohol coffee gets its flavor from seasoned whiskey barrels. The whiskey evaporates in the roasting process, but along the way helps develop the beans into an aroma of brown sugar, vanilla-like flavors, and a caramel finish that will make your day. Adding a splash of cream will turn the cup deeply yet lyrically sweet.
Be sure to check out the can design. The wrap is designed to look like the inside charred oak of the barrel and the paper hang tag is letter pressed. Those nifty leather hang tags are repurposed scraps from the Red Wing Shoe factory, which you can repurpose into a very stylin’ key chain.
Brew this coffee via drip or pour-over for flavor that shines. This coffee is fantastic as cold brew and is delicious over vanilla ice cream.
