PRIMO'S

This coffee is slightly nutty with an earthy flavor and a deep, syrupy body. Sumatra's aroma and complexity make it a favorite of many. (organic, fair-trade)

MEXICAN ORGANIC DECAF
Smooth, slightly sweet with a nutty, chocolate finish. This certified organic Swiss Water Process decaf has a medium body and works well as both an espresso or drip coffee. (organic)

MEXICO ZARAGOZA ORGANIC
New crop of Zaragoza... this time from a single farm, it's even better than last year.  Lush, notes of semi-sweet chocolate and cherries. (organic, direct-relationship)

RWANDA
Our first official offering from Cooperative Coffees.  This coffee comes from the COOPAC cooperative on the shores of Lake Kivu in Rwanda.  This region has rich volcanic soils, frequent rainfall and good altitude, and is earning the reputation for supplying the finest quality coffee Rwanda has to offer.  This coffee has a sweet and fruity aroma with distinct floral notes.  Full-bodied and good acidity carry into a long, richly bright finish.  (direct-relationship, cooperative coffees)

ETHIOPIA HARAR "BOLDGRAIN"
Finally, a great Harar is back.  This is one of the best we have seen in two years.  Super fruit, blueberry muffins in the aroma, low acidity, smooth rounded body, hints of vanilla, berry and spice.

BRAZIL ORGANIC - NOSSA SENHORA DE FATIMA
After months of searching, we have found an excellent single-origin Brazil.  This coffee works great as drip or french press and pours one of the best single-origin espresso shots we have tasted all year.  Rich and smooth, with hints of sparkling strawberry.  (organic)

DOMINIC'S BLEND
This blend is a combination of coffee from Indonesia and the Red Sea region. Wild fruit notes and a nut like flavor provide a great balance of acidity, body and aroma.

ÜRTH ORGANIC BLEND
Rich in flavor, smooth and well balanced with hints of berries and nuts. Roasted a bit darker, bringing out the coffee's aroma and complexity. (organic, fair-trade)

BELLA LUNA DECAF
This Swiss Water Processed decaf offers all the flavors of our signature blends without the caffeine. It has a full body, creamy and a slight caramel flavor. This blend is excellent both as an espresso or drip coffee.
